Clinical Trial Independent Rater - French Speaking

Location: Remote/Virtual, with the role listed in Paris, France

What you will do

• Complete required orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data, scale items, and supporting documentation before rater discussions.
• Conduct live interactions with raters to provide guidance on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Evaluate assessment quality and support rater performance through functional assessments and mock interviews.
• Complete assigned interactions and submit accurate documentation on schedule.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work, or an equivalent qualification; MD, DO, or PhD is preferred.
• At least three years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured clinical interviews, specifically MINI and MADRS.
• At least three years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least three years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials, excluding graduate or doctoral research.
• Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in French are required.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in CNS clinical trials.
• MD, DO, or PhD qualification.
