CRA2 - Argentina (Clinical Research)

Location: Home-based in Buenos Aires, Argentina; availability to travel 50% of the time for regional site visits.

What you will do

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Maintain appropriate clinical study documentation and administer protocol-related training.
• Support subject recruitment planning and establish regular communication with assigned sites.
• Evaluate site practice quality and integrity, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Track regulatory submissions, recruitment, case report form completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers across global clinical research projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, a scientific discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 2 years of on-site monitoring experience is mandatory.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
• Availability to travel 50% of the time.
• Basic knowledge of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.
