Senior Manager, Global Information Security - IAM (IAM)

What you will do

• Manage global IAM resources and operate the identity and access management strategy.
• Lead the architecture, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise identities and identity lifecycle processes.
• Develop IAM strategy, frameworks, roadmaps, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Drive SSO, federation, MFA, privileged access management, provisioning, access certification, and role-based access control initiatives.
• Manage IAM metrics, continuous improvement, segregation-of-duties activities, governance, and internal and external audits.
• Establish IAM continuity strategies for business continuity and disaster recovery, and lead the IAM team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience, degree, or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• 7+ years of experience planning, architecting, designing, and developing enterprise IAM solutions, including IDaaS, MFA, PAM, and SSO.
• Required experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, elevated privilege management, MFA, and SSO.
• Experience with IGA tools, including Saviynt, and with role-based access control strategy and production implementation.
• Understanding of directory services, SAML, LDAP, PKI, and IAM services across global enterprises.
• Experience with vendors, suppliers, managed service providers, and regulated security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, and GxP Part 11.

Nice to have

• Experience with security in AWS and Azure.
• Experience with ITSM tools and the ITIL v3 framework.
• Experience in regulated industries and recognized technology standards and best practices.
