Security Engineer IAM with German (One Identity Manager)

Location: Remote with approximately once-per-quarter presence at the headquarters in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

• Install, configure, administer, and operate the One Identity Manager platform.
• Analyze system errors, investigate incidents, and resolve complex technical issues using documentation and vendor support.
• Configure and maintain integrations between the IAM platform and target systems and applications.
• Design and optimize IAM functionalities, workflows, business processes, and role models.
• Prepare technical and end-user documentation, support testing, and monitor stable platform operations.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on experience with One Identity Manager (Quest).
• Knowledge of SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Basic software development knowledge, ideally in VB.NET or Angular.
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows environments, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
• Completed IT education in system integration, application development, or a comparable qualification.
• English and German at B2 level or higher, with the ability to participate in technical discussions.
