Director II, Program Management (Head of Rider Operation)

What you will do

• Lead the Operational Excellence team and drive end-to-end delivery operations strategy and execution.
• Establish standardized operating processes, planning frameworks, and governance for hirify.global Eats Delivery.
• Develop rider pool management strategies using a crowdsourced supply model to improve delivery supply chain efficiency.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation through operational analysis.
• Analyze KPI performance and provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Lead Delivery Operations and Planning organizations, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in delivery operations, strategy, business analysis, or related functions.
• Experience leading large-scale operations teams and enterprise-level projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex business and operational challenges.
• Experience delivering measurable operational improvements and business outcomes.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced, agile environments with a strong focus on execution.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence Product, Technology, Business teams, and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in food delivery, ride-hailing, e-commerce supply chain management, or last-mile logistics.
• Experience leading agile, metrics-driven organizations in high-growth companies or startups.
