Technical Customer Support Agent - German Speaking (3D Printing)

hirify.global develops 3D printing technology used by industry leaders to design, prototype, and manufacture products, including medical devices.

What you will do

• Support direct customers, distributors, and resellers in the EMEA region through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve technical and business inquiries related to hirify.global printers.
• Investigate machine errors and evaluate printer logs.
• Train customers and resellers on the technical use of hirify.global printers.
• Help resellers deliver effective service to their customers.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to solve technical issues.

Requirements

• Business-fluent German and English in written and spoken communication.
• Ability to quickly resolve technical issues; technical training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, phone, writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Comfort communicating with customers and building business relationships.

• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies.
