Technical Support Engineer (3D Printing)

Company

hirify.global develops 3D printing technology used to design, prototype, and manufacture products, including medical devices.

What you will do

• Support direct customers, distributors, and resellers across the EMEA region through phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve technical and business inquiries involving hirify.global printers.
• Investigate machine errors and evaluate printer logs.
• Train customers and resellers in printer-related technical knowledge.
• Help resellers deliver effective service to their customers.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to solve technical issues.

Requirements

• Business-fluent Italian and English at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• Ability to quickly resolve technical issues; technical training is provided.
• Strong listening, communication, writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Comfort and conscientiousness when speaking on the phone.
• Interest in connecting with customers and building business relationships.
