Marketing Manager - Asia Pacific & Japan (APJ) (3D Printing)

What you will do

• Develop end-to-end marketing plans aligned with global and channel partner initiatives across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.
• Lead regional PR, brand positioning, and awareness programs for professional 3D printing.
• Collaborate with product marketing, content, and translation teams to deliver locally relevant customer and partner content.
• Develop regional channel programs and provide partners with product marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
• Engage customers, capture product use cases, and create user stories highlighting success across key industries.
• Define, track, and report on regional marketing KPIs and OKRs covering channel performance, web traffic, lead generation, and user engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and proficiency in a key regional language, such as Japanese or Korean.
• Experience in regional marketing management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to adapt global marketing strategies to local market realities.
• Results-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
