Content Marketing Manager (3D Printing)

Location: Somerville, Massachusetts, United States; onsite role

hirify.global develops 3D printing tools used by industry leaders to design, prototype, and manufacture physical products, including medical devices.

What you will do

• Develop written communications and creative media that increase brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
• Identify and interview customers to create written and video case studies.
• Produce research-based guides, white papers, product content, sales enablement materials, and sell sheets.
• Define and execute content marketing campaigns across verticals, funnel stages, markets, and digital channels.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Web teams to ensure technical accuracy and conversion focus.
• Manage editorial quality, style, tone, distribution, and editing across hirify.global content.

Requirements

• 2+ years of writing and editing experience, preferably for web or digital media.
• 2+ years of experience planning and executing online content or communications strategies.
• University or college education in marketing, business, engineering, journalism, communications, education, linguistics, public relations, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technical topics quickly and translate them for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with a proactive, goal-driven approach.

Nice to have

• Technical background, engineering-to-marketing experience, or experience in industries using 3D printing.
• Experience with AI assistants, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEO tools such as Ahrefs, CRM systems, spreadsheets, or CMS platforms.
• Experience with photo and video production, SEO tactics, CAD modeling, or 3D printing.
