Senior Video Producer

Location: Hybrid role based at the Somerville, MA campus, with at least 3 days per week in-office and full on-site presence during major product launches.

What you will do

• Own video production from concept development and scripting through storyboarding, filming, and post-production.
• Create strategic video content that showcases products, engages target audiences, and supports measurable marketing results.
• Develop creative concepts with the Creative Team and collaborate with Global Marketing and Product teams.
• Adapt and distribute content for web, social media, paid advertising, and YouTube.
• Track video performance and audience engagement, using insights to optimize content.
• Manage the in-house studio and equipment, and travel for field production and customer stories.

Requirements

• 4+ years of video production experience and a strong portfolio; portfolio submission is mandatory.
• Proficiency with professional post-production software, with DaVinci Resolve strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, cinematography, and field production with professional camera equipment.
• Experience creating content optimized for engagement and conversion across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge of video hosting platforms, performance analytics, educational content, and tutorial production.
• Ability to work from the Somerville, MA campus at least 3 days per week and full-time on-site during high-priority periods.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with 3D printing and customer testimonial interviews.
• Motion graphics, 3D rendering, and derivative content production experience.
• Experience working with freelance vendors and external production houses.
• Knowledge of music, sound effects, stock assets, transcripts, and subtitles.
