Intrusion Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Analyze adversary activity and communicate intrusion findings to customers.
• Conduct threat hunting and intrusion analysis using Falcon endpoint telemetry and the broader product suite.
• Research adversary behavior and improve detection capabilities.
• Apply network and host-based intrusion analysis, digital forensics, and cyber threat intelligence to investigate intrusions.
• Hunt and track state-sponsored and nation-state adversaries across large-scale datasets.
• Build tools and collaborate with other teams on security projects.

Requirements

• Professional experience in network or host-based intrusion analysis, digital forensics, or cyber threat intelligence.
• Experience with threat hunting or intrusion analysis using endpoint telemetry.
• Understanding of nation-state adversary motivations, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of at least one major operating system and current and emerging threats.
• Practical experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of identity or cloud security fundamentals.
• Knowledge of Linux or macOS in addition to Windows.
• Experience in a security operations center or similar incident response environment.
• Published security research or conference, blog, or article contributions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or comparable professional experience.
