What you will do

• Create mobile video ads designed to engage millions of people.
• Benchmark competitor creatives and experiment with new ideas for mobile games.
• Analyze how creative work performs and identify the reasons behind its results.
• Collaborate within a small, diverse creative squad.
• Contribute to cross-functional initiatives, including testing new tools.

Requirements

• Strong experience in video editing and content creation.
• Good knowledge of motion tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut Desktop.
• Creative, curious, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
• Understanding of how video creatives contribute to marketing performance.
• Fluent spoken and written English or Russian.
• Knowledge of the mobile gaming market, particularly hybrid-casual, casual, or mid-core games.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D software or Unity.
