Fraud Operations Analyst - Night Shift (Fintech)

Location: Istanbul or Sofia; hybrid setup with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly after the first 3 months in-office.

What you will do

• Investigate ambiguous fraud cases that cannot be resolved by automation.
• Analyze behavioral and contextual signals to distinguish genuine users from fraudsters.
• Decide whether to act, request additional information, or escalate cases.
• Communicate empathetically with users and provide effective support.
• Share investigation insights with fraud tooling teams to improve automation and reduce edge cases.

Requirements

• Knowledge of fraud monitoring and prevention.
• Strong attention to behavioral and contextual details.
• User-focused mindset, empathy, and sound judgment.
• Comfort using AI tools and recognizing AI-assisted fraud.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Availability for a night-shift role in the Istanbul or Sofia hybrid setup.
