What you will do
- Conduct ongoing AML scenario reviews and sanctions-related checks.
- Manage access and permissions for compliance data sources and reporting tools.
- Generate and maintain compliance reports and regulatory data sets.
- Monitor Turkish regulatory updates and assess their impact on existing workflows.
- Support internal and external audits with data, documentation, and analysis.
- Maintain compliance registers, records, and case files, and support regulatory filings and ad hoc reviews.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in compliance, ideally in fintech, financial services, or crypto.
- Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or compliance and AML tools such as Chainalysis or Elliptic.
- Ability to interpret and apply Turkish regulatory guidance.
- Turkish and English communication skills are required.
