What you will do
- Confirm data coverage for securities and benchmarks and collaborate with teams maintaining datasets and databases.
- Advise clients on portfolio data modeling, input formats, proxy information, and mapping holdings to risk-factor datasets.
- Support data conformance, validation testing, reject remediation, market-value reconciliation, and investigation of changes in risk statistics.
- Manage client configuration workflows and review the accuracy and quality of risk and compliance reports.
- Provide product training and direct support to global clients through phone and email.
- Coordinate client feedback and implementation requirements with Sales, Consulting, Research, Product, Finance, and Delivery teams, including AI-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant client-facing experience in financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, market risk, portfolio management, and risk management techniques.
- Technical proficiency in Python and SQL, plus knowledge of AI prompting and generative AI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a global, cross-functional environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with information technologies, data tools, and systems.
- Advanced finance qualifications or certifications such as an M.Sc., MBA, CFA, FRM, or PRM.
