Medical Representative Ukraine – Talent Pool Community (Ophthalmology)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; field-based role

What you will do

• Drive commercial growth across the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales objectives and position the ophthalmology portfolio with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Strengthen product perception, trust, and value within the healthcare community.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships in a field-based environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of successful commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Ukrainian healthcare system and regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, influencing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Ukrainian and conversational English.
• Comfort with digital tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Power BI, Outlook, and Excel.
