TL;DR
Head of Client Success, MENA (Fintech): Building and leading the MENA client success function for an institutional cross-border FX platform with an accent on client growth, trading-data analysis, and operational excellence. Focus on building the regional team, optimizing institutional FX flows, coordinating technical integrations, and resolving trading and settlement issues.
Location: Based in Dubai, UAE, with the right to work in the UAE and willingness to travel across the GCC
Company
is building infrastructure for cross-border FX transactions and payment systems for institutional clients, backed by Accel, NFX, Accomplice, and other investors.
What you will do
- Manage the overall customer experience and serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients’ day-to-day FX trading needs.
- Analyze trading data, patterns, volumes, and pricing to identify growth, cost-saving, and execution opportunities.
- Build and hire the MENA client success team, establish account planning and escalation processes, and coach team members.
- Own client ramping, technical integration, training, and coordination with internal teams on trading and settlement issues.
- Monitor client health, report growth opportunities, and provide structured feedback for product and service improvements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles with financial services institutions and 8+ years of overall professional experience.
- Strong understanding of FX markets, trading operations, and treasury workflows.
- Experience analyzing trading data and turning insights into actionable account growth strategies.
- Proven track record of growing institutional relationships and coordinating complex client implementations.
- Based in Dubai, with the right to work in the UAE and willingness to travel across the GCC.
- Advanced fluency with AI tools and experience working with both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with FX trading platforms or fintech products.
- Understanding of API integrations, trading system workflows, treasury operations, or institutional trading.
- Familiarity with FX regulatory requirements, including CBUAE, VARA, and DFSA.
- Existing relationships with regional exchange houses, MTOs, or PSPs.
