RPA Developer (UiPath)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support enterprise RPA solutions.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility, benefits, complexity, and risks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, process owners, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application support teams.
• Monitor production automations, troubleshoot workflow and application failures, and resolve incidents.
• Create tests, process and solution design documents, operational runbooks, and support documentation.
• Improve existing automations through process optimization, AI capabilities, orchestration improvements, reusable components, and CoE best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 3 years of hands-on UiPath experience, including Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate Cloud and Desktop Flows, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Azure Foundry.
• Strong proficiency in C# or VB.NET, Python, SQL Server, and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services and experience working in distributed Agile teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
