Content Curator (Digital Media)

Location: Fully remote

Salary: €1,000–€1,200 gross per month, based on skills and experience

hirify.global is a digital media and entertainment company producing positive, engaging content in 17 languages through platforms including hirify.global and Crafty Panda.

What you will do

• Select high-performing articles from archives and fresh content using editorial judgment and performance data.
• Edit titles, text, and cover images with semi-automated and manual tools to meet MSN publishing standards.
• Perform pre-publish checks and fix rejected articles for successful re-uploading.
• Test new templates, formats, and workflow changes on sample articles before production release.
• Identify formatting, title, and visual inconsistencies and raise issues that fall outside standard rules.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content curation and manual editing for story-based digital media.
• Strong attention to detail and an intuitive sense for visual, title, and layout quality.
• Proactive and inquisitive approach to identifying and escalating potential issues.
• Ability to combine performance metrics with editorial judgment when selecting content.
• Advanced English proficiency for written and editorial work.
