Focus on controlling regional submissions, analyzing financial and operational drivers, and producing management reports for headquarters functions.

Location: Milan, Italy; based at hirify.global's headquarters

hirify.global is a company with a corporate planning and reporting function supporting regional and headquarters operations.

What you will do

  • Ensure the correctness and completeness of reporting for P&L, balance sheet, KPIs, and cash flow.
  • Upload economic information into Hyperion and control affiliate data quality, deviations, and reporting integrity.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze Actuals against Budget and Planning data.
  • Prepare reporting on indicators such as inventory trends and operating working capital, including quarterly analysis.
  • Provide monthly and ad hoc operational reports to headquarters functions and management.
  • Support controlling and reporting activities related to Capex approvals and treasury.

Requirements

  • English: excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Degree or master's degree in Economics.
  • Strong organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, along with Word and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in controlling or accounting.
  • Knowledge of HFM and SAP.
