What you will do
- Design and modify mechanical layouts, schematics, drawings, and specifications under supervision.
- Design, develop, and implement custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and related processes.
- Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components and equipment, including sourcing critical parts and subsystems.
- Conduct engineering analyses, tests, and troubleshooting for mechanical problems.
- Prepare engineering test reports and alpha/gamma product-release documentation.
- Support the handling, assembly, and disassembly of components and assemblies throughout the product life cycle.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with the basic theories and concepts of mechanical engineering.
- Availability to start full time and participate in the Semiconductor Product Group's new college graduate training cohort in July 2027.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
