What you will do

• Manage risk across franchise books, with a focus on single-stock synthetics.
• Analyze profitability drivers and identify levers for maximizing returns.
• Work with Strats, Tech, and Federation teams to enhance infrastructure supporting pricing, execution, trade flow, risk management, and book optimization.
• Build relationships with institutional clients and support the trading of financial products on global exchanges.
• Develop knowledge of local market regulations and the legal foundations of traded derivatives.
• Make real-time decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure markets environment.

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with others and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize and dissect large amounts of information in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Quantitative background and technical skills are preferred.
