What you will do
- Manage Taiwan occupational health programs, clinic operations, and contracted occupational health doctors and nurses.
- Oversee medical surveillance exams, injury and illness case management, primary care, and work-related injury treatment.
- Provide onsite first aid and coordinate visiting doctor consultations, health talks, and employee wellness health checks.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and strict privacy controls in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Partner with Environmental, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Legal, Security, and medical and mental health professionals.
- Participate in the Safety MRC and site Emergency Response Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing and a local Registered Nurse License.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse qualification with a validated certificate.
- At least 2 years of occupational health experience and 2 years of clinical setting experience.
- Ability to communicate in English in listening, writing, speaking, and reading.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, self-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good computer skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
