What you will do

  • Lead the development of study strategies for client opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales, Medical, and Operations teams to create competitive and operationally feasible solutions.
  • Assess protocols and develop feasibility strategies, including site and country selection, patient recruitment, and study execution planning.
  • Support proposal development, bid defense meetings, and client presentations.
  • Transition study strategies to project delivery teams and provide strategic guidance throughout study execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical operations, real-world evidence, feasibility, or drug development.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: clinical project management, real-world evidence, feasibility, protocol development, or study strategy.
