What you will do
- Record scripted Italian speech materials for AI training datasets.
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for linguistic accuracy, naturalness, pronunciation, tone, pacing, and emotional expression.
- Annotate errors and provide expert feedback to improve voice models.
- Collaborate on prompts, evaluation methods, and voice design guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluent Italian is required.
- Professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, or related performance work.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High-quality recording equipment, a reliable microphone, a quiet environment, a secure computer, and stable internet connection are required.

- Experience in training, coaching, or linguistic annotation.
