Medical Representative (MR) - Rhinology (Rhinology)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; field-based role with a hybrid work model.

What you will do

• Achieve immunology sales objectives through territory budget and expense management.
• Develop annual territory business plans using market insights and brand strategies.
• Build territory action plans from key data sources and deliver tailored customer solutions.
• Develop strong customer relationships through strategic engagement and value-focused selling.
• Complete expense, call, marketing, and field insight reporting.
• Collaborate with alliance partners and cross-functional teams while following regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of pharmaceutical sales representative experience.
• MR certification and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer engagement, presentation, planning, organization, and independent execution skills.
• Experience with disease- and concept-based selling, computer applications, and adapting presentations to different audiences.
• Knowledge of rhinology and respiratory therapy areas is preferred; biologics sales, alliance experience, clinical knowledge, and key opinion leader relationships are advantageous.
