Senior ASIC Verification Engineer, Lund

What you will do

• Perform pre-silicon verification of in-house hardware IPs, subsystems, and ARTPEC system-on-chip designs.
• Use simulation and formal methods to verify complex chip designs before tape-out.
• Develop and maintain advanced object-oriented verification environments and flows.
• Debug hardware designs and identify potential issues across modules and subsystems.
• Collaborate in an agile team and evaluate new verification technologies and tools.
• Contribute to research communication through papers and international conference presentations when relevant.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with several projects involving sophisticated compute subsystems or SoCs from specification and modeling through tape-out.
• Strong knowledge of digital hardware, Verilog HDL, SystemVerilog, UVM, verification strategies, and hardware/firmware co-verification.
• Experience with complex SoC architectures, including multi-clock domains, AXI/APB protocols, multi-power domains, and reset architectures.
• Experience with Python, Tcl, or another scripting language, and with verifying systems containing embedded microprocessors.

Nice to have

• End-to-end formal verification and formal property verification.
• Clock domain crossing verification, connectivity checking, and power-aware verification.
• Transaction-level modeling and SystemC experience.
