What you will do

• Lead medical strategy activities for assigned brands, indications, and therapeutic areas.
• Define medical imperatives, identify evidence gaps, and prepare medical functional plans for area, global, national, and advisory board stakeholders.
• Develop and execute local evidence-generation plans, including observational, interventional, post-approval, collaborative, and investigator-initiated studies.
• Lead assigned medical studies from concept and protocol design through implementation, biostatistical reporting, and publication.
• Create accurate, balanced, timely, and compliant medical materials for field education and internal or external communication.
• Support cross-functional initiatives involving clinical development, regulatory affairs, market access, business teams, risk management, label updates, and patient complaints.

Requirements

• Medical degree and a strong background in clinical practice.
• Relevant scientific experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
• Previous medical affairs experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Ability to plan, manage, and execute budgets effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience contributing to cross-functional or matrix teams.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, compliant conduct, and ability to collaborate with external stakeholders.
