Intern - Year Round (Microsoft Power Platform Associate)

Location: Vienna, VA, United States; onsite at 820 Follin Lane. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a minimum of 20–25 hours per week based on the school schedule.

Salary: $21.09–$36.48 per hour.

What you will do

• Support the development of Navy Federal’s preconfigured Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Identify cross-departmental business requirements that improve decision-making and transform legacy processes.
• Research, document, and manage technical and business requirements in Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with platform leads and delivery teams in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Facilitate business discovery sessions and communicate platform changes, feature designs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Optimize SharePoint pages to improve platform archives and communications.

Requirements

• Must remain enrolled in college-level courses or a degree-seeking program throughout the internship and provide transcripts.
• Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Java or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and Agile methodology, with willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform and pursue related certifications.
