Senior Cost Manager | Cost Manager (Defence & Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Administer construction contracts, including assessing, implementing, and negotiating variations.
• Monitor construction progress and provide accurate, timely reporting.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, cost records, and financial documentation.
• Support commercial reviews and contractual compliance throughout project delivery.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve cost-related issues.
• Improve cost control processes and project reporting standards.

Requirements

• Experience as a Cost Manager, Contract Administrator, or Quantity Surveyor in construction, infrastructure, or Defence projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, variations, cost control, budget monitoring, and financial analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Must be an Australian Citizen or a British Citizen holding UKSV.
