What you will do

• Spread, organize, and maintain financial information for current and prospective commercial banking customers.
• Analyze client financials, collateral, and sensitivity scenarios to assess lending and credit risk.
• Prepare credit studies, action plans, loan packages, and credit department reports for lending and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with treasury management, foreign exchange, derivatives, legal, risk, technology, operations, and product teams.
• Support digital asset initiatives, including wallet capabilities and AI- and API-powered digital payment and onboarding solutions.
• Monitor loan disbursements, resolve compliance and operational inquiries, and coordinate requests with auditors, appraisers, and other third parties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Completion of an accounting course.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Interest in commercial banking and entry-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work productively without direct supervision.
