Care Manager (CNA/CHHA) Weekend Warriors

Location: Beverly, Massachusetts, USA; on-site weekend shifts

Salary: Up to $26 per hour

What you will do

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding, according to each resident’s care plan.
• Support residents with meals, activities, socialization, housekeeping, laundry, and behavior management.
• Maintain residents’ safety, comfort, dignity, confidentiality, cleanliness, and grooming.
• Document services provided during each shift and immediately report changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor.
• Escort residents to meals and activities and provide physical support when needed.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• Knowledge and experience working with elderly residents.
• Dementia care experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, kneel, reach, communicate, and use fine and gross motor skills.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and support residents using proper body mechanics.
