Accounting Co-op (Part-time) - Spring 2027

Location: Mentor, Ohio, USA office; reliable transportation is required. Part-time during Spring 2027, with potential to increase to full-time in Summer 2027.

Salary: $22.00–$27.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Participate in the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support accounting managers, analysts, and business units with financial analyses.
• Provide accounting support for North American operations.
• Complete projects focused on standardizing and streamlining accounting processes.
• Help ensure reporting deadlines are met while collaborating with Accounting and other functions.

Requirements

• Pursuing a BS in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Mentor office.
• Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Willingness to participate for at least two semesters, including one non-summer term.
• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, co-op, or relevant work experience.
• Experience building financial models.
• Participation in accounting or business student organizations.
