What you will do

• Complete structured training with the Internal Sales Support team on annuity products, financial services, internal systems, and sales-support processes.
• Assist financial professionals and handle inbound calls after completing the required preparation.
• Answer product and process questions and support requests for illustrations, marketing materials, website resources, and other sales materials.
• Participate in product presentations and development activities focused on communication, presentation, and industry knowledge.
• Support individual and team projects and recommend improvements to sales processes, resources, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Enrollment at an accredited college or university for the Fall 2027 term.
• Self-motivated, well-rounded, and proactive approach to accomplishing tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
