Sr. Technical Support Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide advanced technical support to clients by phone, email, and chat.
• Reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to cybersecurity products.
• Investigate product defects, analyze diagnostics, and drive escalations through successful resolution.
• Manage support tickets, maintain regular updates, and work toward required service levels.
• Collaborate with product development and cross-functional teams to resolve client requests.
• Mentor colleagues and share technical knowledge to improve team performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of technical support experience, with flexibility for on-call support.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis, trace and dump investigation, and hypothesis-testing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, TLS/SSL, REST API, SOAP, and SAML protocols.
• Experience with SQL, Oracle, MySQL, functional testing tools, scripting, and automation tools such as Python or PowerShell.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Engineering.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes and programming languages such as C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, or PHP.
• Security or Linux certifications, including CISSP, Security+, CEH, Linux+, RHCE, SCE, or SCA.
