Design Planning Manager (Railway)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and baseline alignment for the ALTO high-speed rail project.
• Monitor threats to project timelines, including resource constraints and external dependencies, and drive corrective actions.
• Define mitigation strategies, contingency measures, and schedule alternatives with project teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, resolve schedule conflicts, and communicate progress, changes, and impacts.
• Prepare milestone, progress, and variance reports for project management.
• Use Primavera P6 v26 for scheduling, conduct resource planning, support change management, and facilitate project meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in a similar role on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience with railway systems design and development phases and coordination with lead system disciplines.
• Primavera P6 experience is required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in both French and English are required.
• Leadership, stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
