Salary: $60,000–$78,000 per year in base pay, with potential bonuses and additional compensation for hours worked over 40 per week.

What you will do

  • Perform day-to-day accounting and audit activities under manager supervision.
  • Gather audit-related documents and data and conduct data analysis.
  • Conduct daily audit fieldwork in client environments.
  • Draft and prepare project deliverables.
  • Apply accounting and auditing concepts to client situations.
  • Collaborate with engagement teams and use technology to share knowledge and develop skills.

Requirements

  • BA or BS degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Active Interim Secret Clearance or higher is required, and the role requires U.S. citizenship.
  • Understanding of accounting and auditing concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, professional, and able to work effectively in a client environment.
  • Awareness of Federal Government financial and management responsibilities.

Nice to have

  • CPA certification or 150 credit hours required for CPA eligibility.
  • Accounting or auditing experience.
  • Experience with Federal Government or Department of War clients.
