Student Engineering Intern (Civil, Geotechnical, or Geomatics/Survey)

What you will do

• Support Transportation Market Sector projects alongside full-time engineering staff.
• Learn how professional engineering services are delivered to public and private sector clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, communities, and job-site personnel.
• Develop practical engineering skills through mentoring and coaching.
• Contribute to office and field activities while following safety requirements.

Requirements

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university while pursuing Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, Geospatial Sciences, or a related degree.
• Strong interest in civil infrastructure, geotechnical engineering, surveying, or related disciplines.
• Strong computer, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work safely in office and field environments.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, surveying, construction, or related field activities.
• Familiarity with engineering, CAD, GIS, surveying, or data-processing software.
• Experience with modern collaboration technologies.
