What you will do

• Identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled workflow improvements.
• Develop and maintain AI-enabled tools for Engineering Operations.
• Integrate AI agents and AI-assisted workflows into engineering teams’ daily work.
• Build infrastructure for secure and scalable AI adoption across operations.
• Demonstrate new capabilities, collect user feedback, and support adoption.
• Convert ambiguous needs into practical solutions that improve engineering efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, debugging, testing, and problem solving.
• Interest in building, evaluating, and integrating AI-agent or LLM-enabled systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD systems, and developer tooling.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship and export-license sponsorship are not available.
