Senior Project Engineer (Mission Critical)

Location: Dallas, United States; employment verification to work in the U.S. is required

What you will do

• Support project administration from pre-construction through closeout.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, status reports, and other project documentation.
• Track job costs, labor productivity, budgets, bids, subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and the Superintendent to resolve technical issues and maintain project schedules.
• Participate in jobsite coordination meetings and support safety, quality control, punch list, and closeout activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project management fundamentals.
• Proficiency with Procore and Building Connected.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and provide employment verification.

Nice to have

• Experience in mission-critical projects such as data centers, healthcare, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with P6 scheduling software.
