Software Engineering Manager (AI)

Location: Westminster, Colorado, United States; in office 4 days a week. Travel requirement: up to 10%.

Salary: $122,500–$168,400 per year, with bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead an engineering pod and direct the use of AI coding agents, agentic frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Transform agentic AI prototypes into production-ready software with security, error handling, test coverage, and observability.
• Own hiring, onboarding, mentoring, career development, and performance coaching.
• Build shared repositories, CI/CD pipelines, evaluation datasets, and data access standards.
• Align engineering delivery with product strategy, risk management, and organizational standards.

Requirements

• Experience managing an AI Product Development Life Cycle and directing agentic AI tools across planning and delivery.
• People management and technical leadership experience in fast-paced agile environments.
• Strong object-oriented design and programming skills with deep expertise in .NET and C#, plus modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, SQL, API development, ETL, and enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Commitment to ethical AI, data privacy, explainability, transparency, and bias mitigation.
• Ability to work in the Westminster office 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience architecting complex enterprise solutions and implementing agentic RAG or context engineering patterns.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems with scalable multi-agent workflows.
