Site Manager, DashMart (Logistics)

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States. On-site leadership of a local fulfillment center with support for a 24/7 operation, including late-night and weekend availability.

Salary: $64,800–$95,300 USD per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Manage daily operations for a 5–15k sq ft DashMart warehouse, including light-prep kitchen operations at some locations.
• Recruit, lead, coach, and retain Shift Leads and Operations Associates.
• Set schedules, manage the labor budget, delegate work, and maintain safe and productive operations across multiple shifts.
• Drive order accuracy, fulfillment speed, customer experience, and other site-level performance metrics.
• Use data to identify operational pain points and execute process improvement projects.
• Collaborate with inventory and training teams to provide the site with the necessary tools and resources.

Requirements

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations such as retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or operations.
• Experience managing high-performance teams of 10+ employees and developing people.
• Ability to support a 24/7 business, including some late-night and weekend availability.
• Experience analyzing data with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
• College degree or relevant professional work experience.
• Ability to work on site in Memphis and support a rapidly growing, ambiguous operating environment.
