Associate Producer, Massage Content (Robotics)

Location: On-site at the NYC office in Chelsea, NYC/Metro Area

Salary: $85,000–$125,000 annually, plus discretionary annual bonus and equity grant.

What you will do

• Create, refine, and deploy bodywork content for a fleet of massage robots.
• Edit existing massage content to improve quality, comfort, and effectiveness.
• Review performance data and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate and document system interruptions affecting the user experience.
• Catalog massage techniques and maintain the internal content library.
• Conduct hands-on testing and research validation while collaborating with massage therapists, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience producing and editing content with DAWs or editing tools such as Adobe, Avid, Premiere, Audition, or Pro Tools.
• 3+ years managing post-production assets, footage, libraries, and archives.
• Strong physical intuition and a background in massage, anatomy, physiology, bodywork, fitness, injury recovery, or rehabilitation.
• Empathy for and curiosity about the end-user experience.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and production timeline management skills.
• Ability to draw insights from data dashboards.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with biomedical engineering, gait rehabilitation, physics, Unity, or Unreal Engine.
• Experience as an editor or technical operator at a technology startup.
• Creative hobbies or an unconventional career path combining technical and creative experience.
