Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Watsonville, CA

Location: CA-Freedom, United States; onsite primary care position

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the applicable license.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness services, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education.
• Practice autonomously while building lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Use clinical resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.
• Focus on health outcomes rather than patient volume or fee-for-service billing.

Requirements

• Active license and current ANCC or AANP board certification for Nurse Practitioners, or current NCCPA board certification for Physician Assistants.
• Independent practice provider experience preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
