Focus on designing retrieval-augmented generation systems, implementing Model Context Protocol solutions, and transforming prototypes into scalable, maintainable, and compliant tools.
Location: Paris, Île-de-France Region, France
Salary: Starting from EUR 7,782.39 per month, plus eligible allowances and exempt from French income tax.

What you will do
- Design and develop reusable engineering frameworks, reference architectures, components, templates, and standards for AI and agent-based solutions.
- Identify and structure high-value AI use cases with directorates and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Build, test, and evaluate AI applications, services, workflows, retrieval-augmented generation systems, agent-based solutions, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
- Transform prototypes and proofs of concept into production-ready tools that meet performance, scalability, security, compliance, maintainability, and cost requirements.
- Support deployment, packaging, release processes, operational handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Advise specialist and non-specialist stakeholders on AI tools, architecture, implementation, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Significant experience designing, developing, and implementing AI-enabled applications, services, or enterprise solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to take AI solutions from concept and prototyping through operational deployment.
- Experience with generative AI platforms, retrieval-augmented generation, agent-based systems, workflow orchestration, and Model Context Protocol.
- Proficiency in Python application, API, and data-pipeline development, enterprise integration, software engineering practices, and AI deployment environments.
- Fluency in English or French and knowledge of the other official language, with a commitment to reach a good working level. Applicants should be nationals of member countries.

- Experience working in international or multilateral environments.
- Experience with security controls, access management, and responsible AI safeguards.
