Focus on building campaign structures, testing ads and landing pages, diagnosing performance changes, and improving CPA, profitability, and search performance.

What you will do
- Manage and optimize global paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Oversee SEM for Devices, Kobo Plus subscriptions, and digital Content across multiple markets.
- Manage budgets and pacing, reallocating investment based on performance.
- Optimize CPA, CAC, ROAS, revenue, conversion, and contribution margin.
- Develop campaign structures, bidding strategies, keywords, audiences, match types, and negative keyword strategies.
- Launch campaigns, lead testing, monitor performance, and provide reporting and recommendations.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on SEM or paid search experience, preferably in ecommerce, subscription, or consumer digital businesses.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Shopping/PMax, automated bidding, and audience strategies.
- Experience managing significant paid search budgets across products, markets, or geographies.
- Strong knowledge of CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, contribution margin, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
- Experience with GA4 and an understanding of SEO and paid-versus-organic search performance.
- Ability to work independently, operate directly in advertising platforms, and deliver with limited onboarding.
