Solution Architect - Emerging Products (AI Security)

What you will do

• Lead complex customer engagements across pre-sales and post-sales activities as the technical point of contact.
• Implement and integrate AI security solutions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
• Translate customer challenges into product features and technical solutions in collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Design ad-hoc technical solutions and automation for customer, field, and internal operations.
• Improve workflows, tooling, and best practices to support customer growth and successful implementations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar technical role.
• Experience creating technical solutions, performing systems integrations, and delivering customer-facing technical projects.
• Proficiency in querying, such as SQL.
• Strong cloud expertise with at least one of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience handling complex customer requirements and collaborating with R&D and Product teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.

Nice to have

• Software development background.
• Understanding of the AI security space.
• Experience developing AI agents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and internal tooling development.
