Endpoint Security Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Onsite five days a week in East Peoria, Illinois; Irving, Texas; or Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $81,370–$122,060 per year

What you will do

• Deploy, manage, and support endpoint detection and response, identity management, vulnerability management, attack surface visibility, and response-action tools.
• Monitor endpoint health and EDR infrastructure, automate remediation, and follow enterprise ITSM change and control procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and SOC teams to implement detection logic and improve threat visibility.
• Develop automated detection and response capabilities.
• Manage the vulnerability lifecycle, including collecting, reporting, and assessing vulnerability data.
• Partner with business teams to maintain global security processes, provide technical guidance, and improve security awareness.

Requirements

• Must work onsite five days a week in East Peoria, Irving, or Nashville.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong enterprise experience with antivirus, EDR, vulnerability scanners, and related security tools.
• Experience with endpoint policy configuration, host groups, prevention sensors, macOS security and compliance management, and automated remediation.
• Experience administering Linux, Windows, and macOS systems, including command-line tools, services, installation, troubleshooting, and MSI packages.
• Exposure to SQL, PowerShell or Python scripting, remote administration tools, technical documentation, and vulnerability notification tools.

Nice to have

• Relevant cybersecurity certifications or training in Endpoint Detection and Response.
• Experience working with on-premises and hybrid/cloud environments.
