Associate Medical Director (Nephrology)

What you will do

• Provide medical, clinical, and scientific advisory expertise across assigned clinical research projects.
• Act as a global or regional medical and scientific advisor throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Support investigative sites and project staff with protocol clarifications, patient eligibility, inclusion and exclusion decisions, and patient safety issues.
• Review protocols, Investigative Drug Brochures, Case Report Forms, and trial-related adverse events.
• Develop medical strategy inputs for proposals, including monitoring budgets, site and investigator profiles, recruitment expectations, standards of care, and competitive intelligence.
• Participate in business development presentations and maintain awareness of relevant industry developments.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited and internationally recognized medical school.
• Mandatory certification in Nephrology.
• Advanced English in written and spoken communication.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in general clinical medicine.
• Previous clinical research experience as an investigator or in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech industry.
• Knowledge of applicable federal and local clinical research regulations and guidelines, with strong consultation and communication skills.
