Finance Intern (Manufacturing) - Summer 2027

Location: Hybrid position based at the St. Louis Park, Minnesota office; geographically flexible candidates must be willing to relocate to Minneapolis, MN for the summer internship.

Salary: $22.00 per hour for time worked.

What you will do

• Support business segment and enterprise financial planning and analysis.
• Contribute to controlling, internal audit, external reporting, investor relations, manufacturing finance, commercial finance, and treasury projects.
• Develop finance and accounting knowledge through project-based work and structured training.
• Build business acumen and leadership skills through exposure to managers and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with finance professionals and participate in networking, mentorship, and development activities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota for the summer internship.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restrictions now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not indicated.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, organization, collaboration, and personal responsibility.
• Willingness to learn and work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analytics or visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Previous leadership or industry-related internship experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
